National library in TM Kalaw Manila, Ateneo Library in Quezon City, Guthrie library in Quezon City

I believe National Library is at TM Kalaw so if you can't find what youre looking for at the National Library, I don't know where else can I recommend.

National Library is definite. All books sold in the RP are required to have a copy there.

NAtional library.There are lots of books in there.
