What I know is most of the HMOs here in the Philippines only accept holders who are below 60 years, not unless the holder has pre existing conditions. So you are left with Philhealth with no other choice for senior citizens. Otherwise, I have a very good experience with the services of Philamcare & Maxicare.

The best Insurance Provider for Senior Citizens in the Philippines is God. You really don't need to pay premiums especially if you're old, you've got to enjoy the remaining days of your life.

Mabuhay!
