obviously its the rule. foreigners can just stay here with out a visa for 21 days after that he should leave or he can get it from the government. if you don't want to process it yourself you can go to a travel agency and they will happily process it for a small amount of money. this rule differs in each country, so check the visa policy of each country.

Obviously that's the rule. Every country has its own sets of rule and foreigners are expected to abide by this rule while they are in that particular country. If for any reason you can't dig that rule, you are always welcome to leave the country and go somewhere else where they will provide you with a visa for more than 21 days. You dig that?

No one knows what they are talking about here, assuming that you are a US citizen, you can stay in the Philippines for 90 days with just your passport. No visa required for up to 90 day stay!

21 days is free, any longer you'll have to cough up money, as i said to your last question, you get an extension of 59 days but the start date is from your date of entry so it's basically a 59 day visa for 40usd.
