Where can I go to exhange philippines pesos into US dollars?

If your in the Philippines, the safest place to get the money
exchanged is within a bank. Get your money exchanged at
a money change shop at your own risk. I've never had a
problem with any of them, but their are some that will
offer a much lower rate, or they will be picky about the
condition of the money, year of the money, etc.

I'm usually staying in Makati and I often get the money
exchanged within the money changer inside of the Glorietta Mall
which is safe, and usually offers a very good exchange rate.

It would be wise to get money exchanged before going to a
province in the Philippines without a big city, because the
provincial rate is normally lower than what you'll get in Manila.

Also, their are some small towns in the Philippines where it will
be hard to find a money change. If your going to a remote area
of the Philippines, make sure to change money ahead of time.

When you get there, you can shop for the highest rate, exchange store are everywhere. You can even negotiate if you are exchangeing thousands of US dollars. Whatever you do do not go to banks they are the lowest rate

95% of money changers owning shops are safe and there is no commission. Don't change it with guys on the street. If you're in Makati, go somewhere around Burgos street and if in Malate/Ermita, all the shops on Mabini are ok.

you did not mention where you live.
If it is the USA then you can go to any bank.
There is a charge and usually a waiting period as they put it up for collection and it takes awhile.
