I'm asking this because, I love multi-cultural people anyway, and I love all the diversity, from clothing, to the foods, to the music, shows, and even the architecture. I would also like to know and experience the beauty of being with and caring for someone outside my race, whether he's asian or not. But, I have to admit right now, I'm really hooked on the asian guys. I think they are very unique and amazing! Well, everyone is. But, if I may get deeper into my point, I'm not going to say that I'm not ugly, because no one is ugly,But I do consider myself a beautiful Afro-American female, inside and out. And I would just really like to experience something different, and new. I really hope someone could give me a good hint or clue, even though I know it would have to be God's will as far as my situation goes. Yet, still any response is appreciated. Thanks you guys and gals!

My daughter misses the children's comic books she used to read in Korea. We're now in Las Vegas-- does anyone know where they can be found here or in California?
Thanks.

I used to be really into Korean music, but it had been a few years (when I last checked on it, HOT just broke up, and Yoo Seung Jun was still in the country...)

Anyway, I just got clued into Korean rap, especially Drunken Tiger, and I've listened to a few others but they're not as good as DT. Joosuc and YG Family sound cheesy, IMO, but I thought MC Sniper was pretty good.

So any other recommendations? Any other Drunken Tiger fans?

Alright, I'm going to keep it as un-stereotypical as possible, and I'm really sorry if I sound ignorant. I'm a 14 year old girl that originally lived in a small town in the middle of nowhere, USA. It was 99.9% white. However, I recently moved to an international school in another country, and it is full of people from around the world. I was really happy to get to know about new countries.

To get to the point though! There is this boy in my class who is originally from Korea, even though he speaks fluent English. I really like him, and I would consider us to be friends as we talk sometimes and help each other out. But I can't really tell if he likes me or if he is just being polite. If he's just being polite then there probably is no point in pursuing our relationship. How can I tell? Does he not like me? Or maybe he only goes for Korean girls?

I have never had a boyfriend before, so that may also be a factor of my confusion.

I appreciate the help!

There are too many sites for tourist to Korea. Can you recommend good ones for a first timer? I am interested in culture, history, and nature, and will stay Seoul only for 4 days in June this year.
So far I've found many of the sites are "Visit Seoul for shopping and food" kind of pages. Are there more extensive sites?

Thanks in advance.

I'm meeting with my Korean tutor later this week for a conversational lesson and would like some new Korean verbs to use. I'm a beginner, so I've been conjugating verbs like 하다, 가다, etc., (nothing irregular yet). Can you suggest some "fun" verbs, like to stare, to kiss, to limp, etc. Nothing off-color or gross, just something fun to play with! Thanks!

Is there a website or other service to get new Korean films in the U.S.?

For instance, I was just reading on koreanfilm.org about a 2007 release called (I think) "Old Garden." It sounds great, but it won't be on crunchyroll.com for a long time! Even "new" movies (like "The Host") aren't complete on crunchyroll! Eek!

Any ideas to be able to see new K-films?

I am intending to travel to Korea in late November 2007 with 4 adults and 6 children. I do not want to follow a tour as there are a lot of unnecessary places to visit. Our itinerary is to visit Yongpyong ski resort for 4 days, Lotte World Theme Park for 3 days and Seoul for 3 days.

Is it possible to get a local travel agency there to arrange the accomodation and transport for us with this itinerary? Presently in my home country, Singapore, no tour agent is willing to make arrangements for us. Thanks.
