Obviously your parents will need a valid passport and a tourist visa. There are 2 types of visas, short-term and special long-term visa. Short-term visa for the visitor who wants to stay up to 90 days. Special long-term visa for periods longer than 90 days. A visitor with a special long-term visa is required to apply for alien registration at a local immigration office within 90 days of arrival.

In addition, your parents would need:
- Return or onward ticket and all documents required for the next destination, and
- Sufficient funds for maintenance, and
- contact address in Korea Republic

Visa application form can be found at the Korean Embassy in Philippines website (link in Sources below)..

If they have a valid passport from their legal country they should need nothing else. Check with the local government or go to your country's embassy.
