I once had guests from Europe who were surprised to see that we have decent homes in nice surroundings. They thought we all lived in shanties - - because the news clips shown whenever there are mentions of the Philippines were Smokey Mountain, etc.

It would be nice for travellers on YAP to "visit" our homes, if only through your answers.

I got a good deal to fly to Hong Kong & Singapore in the same travel. I am mainly looking to feel something different from all U.S.A. & Canada as I visited them very much.
