In fact, if I don't reserve a room via internet . Will it be easy to get an inexpensive room while visiting the hotels when I will be there in November?

In Singapore, you really have to reserve a hotel. You get good rates if you reserve long before your arrival. If you are a walk-in guest (no reservation), you would most likely spend more as they charge a premium. Plan how long you will stay. If say, you've already stayed 3 nights per your booking and you decide to prolong your stay, you will be charged as if you are a walk-in guest even if you are extending your stay. Have a good trip!

It will be wiser to do reservations to avoid disappointment.
