Causing air delays. The airliner is not taking this very well. They'll let passengers back on.

My worst flight was back on Thursday, January 20th, 2000, when i was 8. It was from Minneapolis (MSP) to Orlando (MCO), on Northwest Airlines. The aircraft was a DC-10, and i was in seat 19D. What made this my worst flight is that i became very motion sick during the flight, and i ended up vomiting while we were disembarking. And it happened quickly, so i didn't get it in a barf bag.
That was my worst flight, but i'm sure other poeple have ahd much worse experiences. I'll choose the worst flight as the best answer.

I got the surname of one of the people wrong. Jet2 said I would have to pay a £15 charge, I said I would pay it. I called twice and spoke to 2 people about the problem neither mentioned an increasing charge. There were 2 separate flights, the outbound was not affected as I got the passenger surname right only the return was affected. They told me that I had 4 hours before the return flight which was at midnight on 4th August to call and change the name. I didn't have any money in my account so I said I would pay in a few days. They said that would be fine.

I was in Spain when I got a call from the person who tried to pay the charge. They said it had gone up to £87 as I had been charged hourly for not paying on time. The supervisor there called and said he had listened to the tape and the person on the phone mentioned the charge and that it might go up. He didn't mention it to me. My sister paid it and on her statement it said £97 had been taken out.

My holiday was ruined by this

My kitten (she is about 5 months old) will be coming with me from Nevada to Oklahoma. I tried to find non-stop flights but there are NONE, so we are stuck with one with a layover. Together my poor kitty will be locked in there for about 9 -10 hours.
I really hate this and wish I could drive or something for her. Does anyone have tips or advice?
Also, I am thinking that during the layover I will go in the bathroom and set up a disposable litter box I'll be bringing, so that she can relieve herself (if she will..) Is this even allowed? I don't want the poor thing having to hold it or dirtying herself since I can't take her out of the kennel at all during the flight or in the airport. =(
PLEASE any advice to help her would be great. (And any words to calm me down about the flight- I am terrified of flying- would be appreciated as well.)

I am heading the Las Vegas to meet girlfriends who are driving in from LA. I will be flying alone and am scared to death, but not of the actually flight. I have no clue what to do when I get to the airport. I have the a print out with bar codes that was e-mailed to me when I purchased my ticket in March.

I was encouraged to check-in online before I leave home, which I have figured out, but, what does that get me? Where do I get my actual boarding pass, no one has told me this part.

So help me if I am wrong here. From there I am assuming that I will go to my carriers counter to check my luggage and then go through security. Then find my gate and wait to leave.

Then comes my next fear...the connecting flight! I read online that I will have to pick up my luggage but others are telling me that it will be sent straight to my connecting flight. Do I just find the next flight gate and wait there. HELP! Any advise is welcome and appriciated!

I'd never heard of a CD player being put inside an aircraft, until I saw one inside a Lancair IV-P inside an AOPA magazine (April 2005 I believe)
Would this be a good tool to use on those long flights? Would it even be safe? What if the control tower or another pilot tried to contact you while you were listening to a CD? (I'm assuming you listen to it with the headsets).

...the airport is closed due to an "act of God." (Snowstorm, hurricaine, etc?) Are they refunded then? Or are they still good for the next possible travel date? Can you exchange them for another date?

What happens?

We are meeting a Condor flight from Frankfurt this evening and have no idea how and where to meet an international flight. The web sites don't really show a map of the airport proper, and our hope is that we can have some idea of where we want to go and park before arriving (most likely) in the rain and dark.

Thanks,

Ok. I'd like to know whats wise to take with you on a flight, going to Europe. Can I take any creams, makeup, facial products to refresh myself with? Or is that the stuff best kept in your main luggage. Do you take a chnage of clothes? Obviously your entertainment things suchas camera, music, books, and documents are best kept in person, but yeah, what about the girly things?
Im aware of things like aerosel cans is a no no, can I have perfume? Smokes? Advice and ideas would be appreciated!

hi, i am going to masschusetts tomorrow, and i was wondering what i could do? I can't sleep on a plane, so that is one thing i can't do. These are the things i have so far:

1. iPod.
2. bring a notebook with markers and colored pencils
3. nintendo DS

that will surely not keep me entertained for 7 hours.

can you give me some things to do?

and another thing, don't say something gay like join the mile high club because im only 13.

and also can i take pictures with my mobile phone? While on the flight? its a chocolate if it matters.

Give some of your ideas on what to do during a flight! I'm with my girlfriend so include some partner activities (I will give an early "naughty naughty" to those who will answer predictably, haha).
Best answer goes to the coolest and most original idea!
