I've already arrived at my destination and now want to return home at an earlier date. Can I do this, and if so what is the charge?

Yes, you can change it. There will be a small fee for the ticket change (probably $50-$75). However, there could also be a differential price to pay simply because the limited seats on the flight you desire will now be more expensive than when you initially booked your flights. That difference could be a few hundred dollars. The only way to know is to call the airline and ask.

Generally yes, however it all depends on your fare basis code on your ticket. Published fares usually allow return date changes upon payment of a penalty fee and any applicable additional fare collection. Some fares, such as bulk rate or negotiated fares, are very restrictive and limit your options for a return date change.

The charge for making changes also depends on what type of ticket you have. Discounted non-refundable tickets usually require a penalty for making the change and any applicable additional fare collection that might apply. This is due to availability of your booking class and other fare restrictions.

If you have an electronic ticket you should be able to make changes over the phone however if your ticket is printed you'll need to go to the ticket counter to reissue the ticket in person.

If you purchased your original ticket from a travel agent you should contact your travel agent for assistance, otherwise Delta may charge you an external ticketing fee.

I'd suggest you call Delta Reservation's asap @ 1800 221 1212 as flights and fares are subject to limited availability. Have your confirmation number or ticket number ready for faster assistance.

I hope you find this info helpful. Enjoy your return trip!

regrettably until that's a refundable fee ticket, you won't be in a position to get a reimbursement. they might actually help alter it nevertheless yet there's a $a hundred and fifty cost plus any distinction in the fee ticket. All you're able to do is the two call them and enable them to do it or you could pull it up online.

It will be the change fee of $75.00 plus a fare difference (only if the fare has increased).
