You can't buy a boarding pass, these are only issued to those that have valid tickets for a flight. It's not a railway station, you can't get platform tickets either. You can stay with people on the airport but once they go to Departures, they have to leave you behind. Without a Security Pass or a Boarding Card, Passport etc. you will not get beyond that point. You can go to the viewing area and wave goodbye as the plane takes off but it's unlikely they will see you.

You are issued with a boarding pass when you present your ticket at the check in desk - there is no charge for this at any airport anywhere in the World
