Causing air delays. The airliner is not taking this very well. They'll let passengers back on.

It all depends on why the customer was removed from the airplane.

Or let me rephrase that, you don't get "removed" from the flight unless one of the two things happen:

1.) The flight is oversold, and they cleared you to board in error. If that happens, then yes, they will issue you a voucher to take another flight.

2.) If you're removed because you're drunk or you are causing trouble, it's the airline's descretion what they want to do with you. I usually put them on standby for the next flight if they are intoxicated so they can calm down. If they are on the plane causing trouble and aruging, I'll either refund their money alltogether and make them fly another carrier, or I'll put them confirmed for the next day and they'll have to pay a difference in air fare.
I don't play around when people are causing trouble on the aircraft nowadays!!
