Will arrive at terminal 5 on a B.A. flight

If you tell someone at check in they provide you with one..someone will escort you through the airport & get you on the plane they will then take the wheel chair but at the other side there should be one waiting if you have told someone.
Or if not tell a air hostess & they can help you out with getting one!

Yes. JFK is one of the most disability friendly airports on the planet. If you ask for anything they will have one and it will be there before you know it!
It, and any American airport for that matter, puts any UK airport to shame.

yes! for a passenger from anywhere.

let your airline know when you check in; they'll have a wheelchair and attendant waiting right on the passenger ramp upon arrival.

yes ring your airline and book one before you go also book it at the same time for your return flight
