Read. I get some of my best reading done on planes. Or, people watch. Or just stare out the window. If you're going into Logan try for a seat on the left, better view usually going in (if in Daylight)

Boring flights are the worst, because you are stuck--on long car trips you can at least stop every now and then and take in the scenery. But anywho...1-3 above are good ideas. If you're in the mood for tunes and are bored with the iPod, the flight should have music tracks available too.
I know you are hoping for 'fun' answers, but believe it or not a long flight is a good opportunity to do work that you have been putting off. Do you have registration paperwork you have to complete for school? How about a Summer reading assignment? Since you are going to be a captive, you might want to knuckle down and make it productive. Another suggestion is to try something 'new' to you. (For example, Sudoku, if you haven't tried it yet). The initial 'learning curve' will serve to burn up time while the 'newness' factor will keep you interested in the activity longer.
Hope this helps! Have a safe flight.

Take a good book. Some airlines offer inflight movies, so that's an option. Write a travel diary (put in lame stuff like how smelly the guy is next to you or how loud the lady snores behind you). I did this when I went to Wash. DC when I was 13 and 20 years later, it's so darn funny to read. Have a good trip!

it somewhat is plenty less demanding, quicker, and safer to fly 2500 miles by ability of airplane than to tension it, to no longer point out being plenty inexpensive! I stay in Washington state, yet my kin lives in Texas, and there is not any way i'd desire to locate the money for the gas and motels to tension that a strategies (to no longer point out the return holiday - 5000 miles entire, and approximately 8 nights properly worth of motels). The gas on my own is plenty extra advantageous than the airplane fee ticket! and that i've got been given an incredible shot of Mount Rainier as quickly as I flew basically earlier Christmas. :-)

Along with the things you already have bring some magazines and a book. Have you read the new Harry Potter book? It's pretty big and would keep you entertained for 7 hours.

You can bring some magazines and books too.
You can probably take pictures with your phone on the plane, but you probably shouldnt. I think its better if you turned it off when the plane is leaving the airport and leave it off until you get to the airport in Massachusetts.

i would stock up your iPod with a lot of music, and bring as much games as you can for your ds. You probably cant take pictures with your phone on the plane, you should ask one of the people on the plane. and if you have a laptop, you could bring that too, but you cant get the internet on it.
