I could not find such options on all the websites I checked. By the way, does anyone know how much more expensive would an open-ticket be comparing to an ordinary round trip ticket?

In most cases, you travel round-trip from City A to City B. I want to go from City A to City B, City B to City C and return to City A (from City C). Is this possible or easy to do directly through the airline web sites?

I am flying to France over Spring Break and I have a few questions. I will be flying to New York first, then to Paris. How do I find my way and switch planes? Especially if I do not speak English (in the Paris airport) and how would I find my way? I am only 13, lack of common sense (says my parents) and I am flying alone for the first time. I am not an experienced flyers. Any idea how I am to find my way around to the right plane? Thanks.

Air Tran removed a family from a flight because they would not or could not control their three year old daughter. She was crawling under and around the seats, screaming and hitting her parents. If I had to deal with it, I would have picked her up, placed her in the seat and buckled her in. Once this was done, I would have asked one of the flight attendants for some juice and then worked to calm the child down. I'd love to know how other people would have handled the situation and whether you feel that the airline did the right thing.

AirTran Airways on Tuesday defended its decision to remove a Massachusetts couple from a flight after their crying 3-year-old daughter refused to take her seat before takeoff.

AirTran officials said they followed Federal Aviation Administration rules that children age 2 and above must have their own seat and be wearing a seat belt upon takeoff.

"The flight was already delayed 15 minutes and in fairness to the other 112 passengers on the plane, the crew made an operational decision to remove the family," AirTran spokeswoman Judy Graham-Weaver said.

Julie and Gerry Kulesza, who were headed home to Boston on Jan. 14 from Fort Myers, said they just needed a little more time to calm their daughter, Elly.

"We weren't given an opportunity to hold her, console her or anything," Julie Kulesza said in a telephone interview Tuesday.

The Kuleszas said they told a flight attendant they had paid for their daughter's seat, but asked whether she could sit in her mother's lap. The request was denied.

She was removed because "she was climbing under the seat and hitting the parents and wouldn't get in her seat" during boarding, Graham-Weaver said.

The Orlando-based carrier reimbursed the family $595.80, the cost of the three tickets, and the Kuleszas flew home the next day.

They also were offered three roundtrip tickets anywhere the airline flies, Graham-Weaver said.

The father said his family would never fly AirTran again.

I just read this on yahoo news, and wanted to add my comment on discussion, but yahoo removed discussions from news articles ,I don't know why.
Anyway I have a link to the news story here and I agree and applaud the airlines for their action in this matter. The family says at the end of the story that they will never fly that airline again. I hope i don't run into that family on an airplane anywhere.
Thank god there is some common sense amongst the airline industry to kick these people off the plane. They were compensated very well ,with reimbursement plane tickets, and free flight passes as well.
I can't believe that the father of the family was upset over this, goes to show you that parents today think that unruly children in public is quite alright.
I want to applaud the airlines for doing this.

I was booking a flight to Phoenix, AZ in June, it said that it cost $365 for a round trip ticket. I checked if I had wanted to book it in Feb. and it only cost around $170, for round trip. And I was booking both on Tuesdays, which are supposed to be cheaper. Any advice? Please help!!!!

Here's the story from GMA: http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/AmericanFamily/story?id=2815486&page=1

I have never heard of this airline, but kudos to them. I could argue that a screaming child is a distraction and therefore an (albiet veiled) threat to the security of the flight. Too bad most of these instances occur when the flight is already enroute and not much that can be done at that point... or is there?

I've noticed the prices for a flight now are cheaper than in June. I am not sure if it is because it is June or if prices come down the closer it gets to the flight.
