Actually, it's more likely you'd be over Canada, probably Ontario. You need to travel in a northeast direction to reach northern Europe from Seattle. Most flights go over Newfoundland when they start their trek across the Atlantic Ocean if they don't go the polar route over the North Pole.

You would be over Fargo ND....however if a plane is flying to Europe non stop from Seattle, it would go over Canada not the US.

You would probably would be somewhere over northern Canada
It's 1500 miles or so from Vancouver BC to Whitehorse, Yukon territories
So if you changed the direction of that known baseline so it pointed more to the NE and
figuring a ground speed of about 600mph you should be approaching the Arctic Ocean.

depending on where in europe you were going and on what airline you were on because they all have diffefent hubs. But I would guess chicago. or Dallas.
