Most do, but some will limit you to one bag if there are many people on the plane.
Give the airline a call, or go onto their site.
All the airlines I use show me limits on-line.

Yes they do. Your allowed your laptop case, along with another carry on piece. Enjoy your trip!

they allow one carry one and a laptop. Make sure you check the TSA website www.tsa.gov and it will give tips on what to and not to bring on the plane throught security.

laptop is not considered a carry on so you are allowed to have another handbag or backpack in addition to it ;)
