Can't afford a new one... can't find any second hand ones... they can't be THAT hard to make can they?!?

I'm a 22 year old male. I'm average height.. 5'8" or so, and about 145-150 lbs, which is pretty standard as well. I am a bit out of shape for sure, but I have tried running quite a few times...
it doesn't seem to get any better or easier!
Why can't I seem to run for longer? I was hoping it would be a good way to get in shape!

Also, any tips to make running less boring-as-snot?
