I don't run on concrete, run on the road (asphalt), make sure you alternate sides of the street you run on side the camber the road has for draining can affect knees. Trail run every other day.

Jogging is the best. Especialy at night time on the street when you are alone... you get high (trust me!) and it becomes addictive.
Hardly any impact on knees, after 4 or 5 jogs knees get used to it and you won't feel a thing.

good sneakers that have plenty of shock absorbtion is wonderful for jogging
