Fish from the pier at Fernadina, instead. You'll catch more.

Naples' beach has a free pier. The best thing to do is to go out there early in the am and observe the regulars. If they're catching fish do what they do! Bring light tackle and some sunscreen. There are a couple of tackle and bait shops nearby, the locals will direct you. Good luck.
