My husband has always talked about going skydiving. I was planning on suprising him with skydiving on his birthday. But I am scared of the risks of injury, got any advice?

I'm looking for a two person hammock, probably able to hold 500 pounds. It will be used outdoors. I'm looking for something with minimal maintenance yet comfortable. I plan to tie it to two trees versus a hammock stand.

I came across the post in a paintball blog the other day http://www.blogforjoy.com/paintball.blog where this person claims he loves playing paintball but absolutely hates watching paintball on TV!

I really cannot understand how you can love something but hate watching it. I really loved the coverage of the US Paintball Championshiops on ESPN2 and wish they would show more.

I also learnt some really neat tricks and cleaned up my buddies at my next outing.

What do you think?

The skateboard helmets are shaped differently and seem to fit differently than the bike ones. How do you know when you have a proper fit since they only come in the two kid sizes and both seems loose or to fit oddly.

The youngster is a female of moderate build, 5'11'' and has been shooting skeet and trap with 4 -H for two years. She has been shooting a 20 gauge and is at a disadvantage when competing with 12 gauge shooters. I want to get her in a 12 gauge.

I am looking to hike the Yosemite area for a three to four day hike. What is a good starting point and pick up point going north towards Tahoe? I usually do 1 day hikes this will be the first over night. I do alot of camping, and do have all the light weight equipment that I will need. Any suggestion on food to carry?

I'm due to go on an independantly organised expedition in 2 months but don't have signatures for team building and observation training. I don't know what sort of training this entails and I am doing exams until the end of term, then going on holiday, and then doing my exp. when I get back so I don't have time to train! And I have paid 100s of pounds for travel and accomodation and equipment!
