Well. it helps to take a hot bath to releive the muscle tension, and sorry to tell you this but it also helps to keep doing what your doing so that your muscle build up what is called muscle memory. Take it from me I used to be sore from Cheerleading practice.

Muscles really tend to sore during the first das or weeks. Maybe try to schedule your exercise at the gym every MWF of TTh, or do some light exercise.

Stretch out before ur class for 10 minutes it will help alot , warm up ur body before gym.
