Most sports shops sell them and I've even seen them in pharmacies. I'm not in London but in the UK. Do you have a Lloyds or Boots chemist near you? That's where I saw them here.

i'm not sure about london, but here in the u.s. you can find pedometers in any sporting-goods retailers.
