I want to go camping in north Georgia, and I want to legally carry a firearm for personal protection. I know that WMA's and DNR's are public property, but it's my understanding that there are several rules about guns on both types of land and I was wondering if anyone had any advise for me on this subject. As for a CCW permit; I have just seperated from the military so I've applied for one but do not yet have it yet.

My father in law has over pronation in both his feet and he cannot get a pair of hiking boots to fit. He loves to walk his dog in the forest but with the boots he has got it is aggravating the condition. Money is not an object for the right boot! Can anybody help please?

Howdy, I used to be a Boy Scout, so I've been camping before...but me and my mates want to go "wilderness" camping...just bring our packs, food, knives, etc and sleep out in the wild for a few days. We live in the Chicago suburbs...so I'm willing to drive to U.P. Michigan, or whatever.

Any camp location ideas? Is it legal to camp "anywhere?" What are the laws on bringing firearms (say, a hunting rifle) along on the camping trip (not for target shooting, or hunting, hell no... i just own a rifle i've always wanted to bring camping...haha...just a lil' thing ive wanted to do)?

I'm in the army, just went to my first 9mm range, and I loved it. There was something enjoyable about firing a handgun that felt totally different from anything else I've fired. The 9mm had nearly no kick which was also kinda nice(a little change from my M-240B). Anyhow, how much should i expect to pay for my own handgun and where should i look? Do i run any risks from buying from a pawn shop? I'm really just looking for something to spray bullets out of, accuracy isn't a big concern for me.

im only 14. but i have a goal of climbing all of the world's 8,000 meter peaks. such as everst and K2. im on a climbing team and i work out. im at the climbing gym 4 out of the 7 days a week. what else??

I have a smart parts ion paintball gun and i had two questions.

1.The ion can shoot 17 bps in semi mode but that is only if your hopper can feed that much. if you get a regular hopper, no electronics, just a regular hopper where the ball fall on their own will it shoot 1 ball per second, and is that good for the gun.

2. I dont fully understand this electric hopper thing, i know that you turn on your hopper and then you turn on your gun but as soon as you turn on your hopper does it automatically start trying to shove balles down the feeder if the gun isn't even on.

please send me an answer.

I have a perfectly good nylon dome tent that is the ugliest colors. It's not that I'm trying to hide ...but damn.... Anybody know anything that I can color it with and not damage the tent?

My dad said that when he was younger he used to have a bb gun and he loved it. so i was going to get him one for his birthday.
He definently wouldn't want something really complicated, so i just need a fun, simple little bb gun. I know nothing about guns, so what kind would i be looking for and where could i get one? Thanks! (^_^)
