Yes you should let a privit school kid skate. Or do you mean do they have the ability to skate? some do some dont.

Oh no, no no dont even think about it! They are a whOLe different race and are by law forbidden to skate! forget it!
You know, if you put a little thought to it, you'd be able to figure it out. ( for the slow ones : duh, they can skate if they wanted to)
