In michigan where i live we cannot use centerfire rifles most of the time for coyotes therefore i need a rimfire. i have been looking at the .22 magnum vs the .17hmr vs .22lr not sure what to do.
Really hard to hit them at long range with my marlin bolt action 12 gauge with a rifled barrel. I am good out to about 150 yards with it easily. but i cant use that after dark for coyotes i have to use something with birdshot or centerfire rifle only. Please help. also the other question is semi auto vs bolt action. Hopefully someone sees this because i am buying a new gun asap. I also want to use it for general plinking and other small game like squirrels.

I'm looking to buy the original toolkit that came with a retail Remington Model 700 ML muzzleloader back in the mid 90's. Anyone know where I might find the kit or even a place to purchase individual parts?

What Air Rifle is very good for a low price around or under $100? Please explain your reasons for getting the gun and why it may be better than others. I was currently thinking of a bb/pellet gun but I would probably be to lazy to pump it all them times to get a good shot. I want a nice 1 action rifle that is cheap and is good.

I got a Yugoslavian made SKS 59/66. I really like it, it is in great shape, and I want it to last a lifetime. I take really good care of my stuff, especially my guns but I want to know which parts, if any, are prone to wearing out and/or breaking so that I can keep them on hand in the case they become hard to find in the future.

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) made somekind of anouncement awhile back. Of in which stated hunters in Indiana will be able to use pistol/revolver ammo in a rifle starting 2007. Like the .357, .44 mag, 45LC, and others most likely to be used in a lever action. The question is I need a list of cartridges that will be legal to use. Something that I can use to show my buddies at the gun shop. I'm still looking but my searching skills seem to be lacking so far. Been looking at the Indiana DNR site ( http://www.in.gov/dnr/ ) with no list I can use. Just a bunch of pdf files I would have to read through. Any help would be great!

Can I please have some advice on handguns for Standard and Production IPSC matches ??? In Standard I have come down to the STI Trojan, Browning Hi-Power MkIII and the Para Ordnance 1911. Alot of people reccomend the 1911 because of the custom parts you can add on but I like the feel of the Browning better. In Production I have come down to the Smith and Wesson M&P, The Springfield XD and The Glock 17. What are your opinions on these guns and are there any really good ones I have missed out on ?????? Thanks
