I'm looking to buy the original toolkit that came with a retail Remington Model 700 ML muzzleloader back in the mid 90's. Anyone know where I might find the kit or even a place to purchase individual parts?

Have you tried contacting Remington? They can either sell you the parts that you need or refer you to a retail dealer in your area that will have them.

Either one may have what you are looking for. Their stock of items changes constantly (they had a beautiful 6 pounder howitzer from the 18th century for a while... wish I'd bought it).
Order their catalogs, you'll get them once a month for free, and eventually, if they don't have it now, it may show up....
