In my science class we are working on our calfornia's resources project, along with our presentation we have to do a couple maps. One of the maps you have to put everywhere your topic is found. My topic is national parks, I put those on, but today in class I found out that you have to put all of the topics that were under the same subject as yours. National parks was under recreation and so was hiking/backpacking trails and campsites. Can you give a website where i can find maps of where all the major ones are?

My Skate spot is...a road. I know. SUCKS! So my basic things are 180's and kickflips. Even after 5-6 years (i'm 14) I can still only do kickflips and 180s oh and shuv-its. I would like to practice grinding also since I can't do that very good. But I've Gotten 2 World Industry boards and they've broken. What's The best deck?... If you can, Include the setup (Deck brand, wheel size, truck brand, bearrings, grip tape,...etc.), if you know some techniques and stuff to help with 180 kickflips, grinds and just stuff to work on tell me cuz it's about all I can do where I live. TRUST ME!

I don't know about the rest of you, but every time I look, there is some moron posting a question like: Why do you kill animals for fun? or Why don't you give an animal a gun and let it chase you around the woods?
But I just thought I'd put up the post for the outdoorsmen/women who respect the sport.
Besides, if I was really trying to make a difference in the hunting a trapping world, I wouldn't sit on my *** and write rediculous statements towards hunters and trappers on YAHOO !
Come on get real, get a life, and for the sake of all thats good, get your *** up out of your chair and go enjoy the outdoors.

Why are there no chats on , Fresh water fishing , Salt water fishing , or Hunting and fishing . This is over due . Lots of us people would like something besides bots offering sex videos . I always wanted to go to a deserted island with a few friends and camp there for about a week and live off the natural resources. Of course I would bring adequate supply of food, water, etc. but I would try and use the island for its resources like a true camper. I would make my own shelter, climb trees for coconuts, etc, lol. Now my question to everyone is if you can give any tips and also if you know of an island where this is possible? Is there a way I can dock a boat there or even access it? Also to help you understand my geographic location I am located in Flordia so I'm not trying to go across the world for this, lol. Thanks and hope you guys/gals can help. ;)

When standing in a stream that is small enough to jump across in the riffles and current slow enough to a crawl through and with dead drifting not an option, should I rig for active nymphing with a putty indicator high on the leader butt, say a size 12 Soft-Hackle Woolly Worm or maybe a size 6 split shot positioned tight against the eye of the hook?
