I'm going to visit my grandma in Syracuse over the summer and I am going to be sent to gymnastics school. I need to get a back handspring down quickly and I need to learn a back tuck. I'm in cheerleading and the school I go to doesn't require you to have either. But, I'm moving to Florida where it is vital if you want to make a squad. I have the basics down and I learn fast. Know any good gymnastics schools?

I'm a beginer at tumbling and right now all I can do is a cartwheel and not so good of a round off. When I do my round off I don't pop off at the end. Then right now I can almost do a FRONT walkover all I need to do Is land right. When I land it's on to feet. As for front and back handsprings lease give me some tips. Also when I get to the tucking in the air I want to know how to get more air. Please Give Me Tips.

My squad recently has only been able to do a half. Since there arent that many games left, i really want to find a stunt that will make our squad better than our rialvery cheerleaders. My stunt group is able to do a liberty at a half. Any ideas for a stunt that is different, but easy to accomplish?? there are 3 stunt groups. I am a flyer.

Once again at the United Center in Chicago, there are a team that is winning, and a team that is losing. And can you believe, or even bullieve that the Chicago Blackhawks are having a better season, well they have won more games then the Chicago Bulls have. And the last 3 years, it has been the Bulls even through they have gotten off to slow starts, btu have manged to get into hte palyoffs 3 times in the last 3 years, and the Blackhawks have been bad so bad that last year, they fired Trent Yawney and replaced him with Dennis Salvard, and this week the Chicago Bulls have fired Scott Skiles and have replaced him on an interm basis for the rest of the season, and I can't even believe that last part with, but they have named Jim Boylan the head coach the rest of the year, o an interm basis.

I want to start all-star cheerleading this spring and I'll be 15. I don't really have much tumbling skills. But I love cheerleading, I guess you can call it a passion. I'm getting ready for the tryouts. I've been working out since Nov. and getting better. So is it too late? Everyone says I'm going to have some what of a disadvantage since the team I'm trying out for is really good and plus the girls have been on the team for atleast two years. So what do you think?

I'm really not flexible and I think that that's becoz I never work out making me chubby. I really want to join cheerleading, and I know that I have to be flexible! Any ideas on making me lose weight and strengthen every single part of my body(abs, arms, legs, etc.)? What kind of streches/exercise should I do and what are some of the cheerleader stunts?
Thx!!!
