I'm a beginer at tumbling and right now all I can do is a cartwheel and not so good of a round off. When I do my round off I don't pop off at the end. Then right now I can almost do a FRONT walkover all I need to do Is land right. When I land it's on to feet. As for front and back handsprings lease give me some tips. Also when I get to the tucking in the air I want to know how to get more air. Please Give Me Tips.

When your doing a Round-off, try to push off of your hands really hard and you might want to get a good running start. Make sure to stick it. When your doing your front walkover, some tips to help you w/ your landing is to do a bridge on the ground and practice getting up and then practice getting up w/ one leg in the air. Then when you do your front walkover do all that, just start in a handstand and move faster. Remember it's in the hands and back, not so much your legs or feet. For front and back handsprings and tucks, your definitely going to have to wait for those on floor until you have your front and back walkovers and your handsprings on the trampoline. Some tips on trampoline are for front handsprings to use your hands, you hardly need to use you feet at all. Get a good jump and a good push on your hands and remember to stick it. For back handsprings, don't be afraid of landing on your head and remember to keep your arms steady and take a good jump, but not too high before you jump back.

My ultimate suggestion is to truly pay attention on your tumbling coach. observing video clips of tumbling and actually thinking approximately each thing enables me as a pitcher. don't be afraid at the same time as tumbling, be useful and you will improve.
