Plyo workouts, stretching and running should do the trick.

Of all the sports injuries that occur here in the USA, there are no other sports that cause more injuries to those who participate, like cheer-leading does. Cheer-leading is number one in that department . . . Check the statistics on that. Okay?

go to a gym. take a weights class. pilates. yoga for flexibility, you dont need a website.
