((i am a girl))

okay please i need ideas...i have a basketball game coming up like tomarrow and i have the flu!! i am the "star player" on the team (from what people say) i need ideas to kick this flu out of my system. i have tryed steaming, 3 kinds of medicine, going to bed early, but it wont go i need help.

I love to skate but I have terrible pain in my feet whenever I skate for more than 5 minutes (I have fallen arches). Is there anything I can do to overcome this? Which skates are best to use? Do any inserts work?
