who knows how far 10k is in running ?

It is exactly the distance from my front
door to the "chunky burger" joint !!!!!!
(approximately 6 1/4 miles )

It depends how fit you are and/or how flat the 10 K is. 10K is 6.25 miles or 25 times around a running track (but that would be very dull).

i would say 10k is 10k if you run it or walk it... will always be 10k...
now if you was asking how far 10k is in miles or metres then i could tell you.....
but as you are not then sorry 10k will still be 10k if you run or walk it....

It is 10 kilomters which is about 6 miles.
If you ar fairly fit, you should be aiming for under an hour, under 45 minutes and you are doing very well.

Assuming that the "k" refers to kilometres then distance is 10000 metres which equates to 6.25miles.
If you're not fit then it's a bloody long way!
