I'm 12 years old
130 pounds
5'4'

I'm a fast runner. I always keep a smile on my face. I'm a hard worker, I want things to be right. I'm very respectful, I'm energized. I can do an cartwheel with one and two hands. An roundoff with one and two hands, and a split. I can aslo do a backbend and lift my left leg over my head. Oh, and walk on my hands. I'm very strong. I just wanna be a fantastic gymnast like Dominique dawes, or something, andextend my gymnast skills by attending. But when I asked yahoo if there was an age limit, people said that I have to be undeveloped, and under 5 feet. I'm like 130 pounds and is still developing. I feel like I don't have the right appearance of a gymnast. What do you think? :)

I believe that these people work long and difficult hours and should be recompensed for their sacrifices: soldiers, doctors, research scientists, teachers, psychologists, & social workers. What is your opinion?

Im 18 & sr in hs, i was thinking about trying for baseball, but i don't know if it's worth it. I've had very bad luck with sports (couldn't play soccer this year cause of an injury) & went out for baseball as a soph just to be the last one cut (literally the last since the jv coach couldnt decide & kept me an extra tryout just end up cutting me). Then he said the reason was cause the Vars coach didnt think i would make it, but now that same JV coach is on varsity, & he seemed to at least think i had some talent since he kept me & was the last cut.

However, I didnt play last year or tryout, & theres a lot of politics w/ sports as you're expected to play in private summer leagues (basically the seniors are already picked). This coach said i could be a manager & do all the summer leagues, but i didnt since i was away for summer.

Is it worth being cut again just to see what might happen, or keep some dignity from these sports/politics(& not leave hs as the 1 who was cut again)?

You know i researched and researched and i found that the top nba stars are paid 60 times more than the top wnba stars. why? i've seen both play the only difference is men can slam dunk. i've seen women slam dunk before. Only a couple. Men have that advantage and thats the only reason they attract bigger crowds but does that mean they should get paid more. both the men and women are getting paid to do the same thing.....play basketball.....shouldn't they get paid the same mount?
