All art comes from within your heart and soul. If your dance comes from within, then it is art. A sport would be something that people compete in. If you dance and compete, then it becomes a sport.

depends on if you do it for competition or not. in my experience, those dance teams that do it to compete are a SPORT (b/c there's generally not a whole lot of artistic integrity going on there). and the kinds of dances that make up a dance recital are considered ART.

I say it depends.
If you're being ranked and awarded prizes in a competition against other individuals or groups, then a sport.
If you're just performing for an audience/friends/yourself, or trying to tell a narrative, then art.

its a social thing unless its like ballet or jazz like that's art and then like a aerobics that's a sport like right
