Thats right you heard me american football, basket ball, base ball, are just a poor mans rugby, netball, and rounder, note two out of three are girls sports and you have majority of men playing them, and american football you wear body armour. Is it cause your ancestours suck at the sports everyone else plays so they invented they're own that aren't original so no one else would play and then no one would beat them at it, and why the hell call it the world seris when no other nations play?

I am going for sprinting soon and would like to know if the following food will help for race day.

For a week prior to race day I am gonna drink a blend of Vitamins & Minerals which is 100% or more of daily required value. It is a fruit juice so don't worry there are no side effects.

3 days prior to race day I am going to include every night a water-based full dosage blend of B Vitamins - consisting of B1,2,3,5,6,12,15 . This will help with sleep, stress and boost enrgy levels.

On race day, about 3-5 hours before event, I plan to have bread and cheese slices(those finely cut and packed square slices, not real cheese to me) for breakfast + a normal breakfast drink (cocoa or cereal drink).

1 hour before event I plan to have a slice of bread + cereal bar to increase my carbs. also water to stay hydrated.

30mins before event I plan to take 8 to 16fl oz of a bottle of mix: B vitamins + Vitamin C effervescent + Glucose. - Is it allright to mix them all up?

Hi, i was chosen to represent my school in both the events. The problem is, i only have 2 weeks to train. I'm a sprinter therefore i can do 100m. If i start training for the 400m event i will probably end up loosing both right? Can anyone help me with a good excuse to get out of the 400m. If possible, can u explain what will happen to my muscles with the difference in training?

Talking tolerance from a distance in one thing. But on the road, game four of the conference final, you walk back to your lockerroom after a game about to shower and what is the first thought that enters your mind? How you could have won the game or to get in the shower first?

I'm 6'4 220lbs and run a 4.6 40. I have been stuck there for awhile. I'm scared to do too much lifting cause I'm afraid it may cause me to gain more weight and slow me down some. But a friend told me that lifting may actually help me in sprinting. I know that it does help some. But How can I lift alot without gaining size?
