I have to fight a boy who will be in my house. The house is empty except for the two of us. Our parents have fixed up a programme.

HELP!!

He is very strong and fit and about the same height as me.

And one more thing, is there a storyline you could reccommend for our fight???

PS - Is it better if we boys fight shirtless or with shirt on?? We are 13, and both 5"4. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

What would be a martial art that would compliment someone who has done Tae Kwon Do for 6 years? I am a black belt, and quite good at sparring because I like to move around a lot, but I realize that Tae Kwon Do isn't very effective in real life situations.

I'm 16 years old, quite flexible, very strong upper body, and can kick very high with ease. So what would be a good new martial art to take up with this base, that would round me out as a fighter?

I've been doing Wing Chun for awhile now, and for the past year or so my upper thigh on my right leg has been burning. It's the worst when I'm stretching and I lean backwards. But it also bugs me when we do stance training. It's not just a sore muscle, this is more of a sharp pain. And it will hurt sometimes when I'm not even using it. I don't use steroids or anything, but I've heard of some steroid using body builders who put too much strain on their muscles and cause them to rip. Could it be something like that? Our stance training can be pretty intense. Any ideas would be appreciated. I don't know what this is.

Hi. My sons want me to take Tae Kwon Do with them. We start tonight. I'm a 34 year old woman. I've never done any kind of martial art, and this will be a huge step outside of my comfort zone. Ballet is more my thing, although it's been about 20 long years since I've even done that. :)

Any words of wisdom for me?
