I agree, Kung Fu Hustle rules! Although "Enter The Dragon" is probably one of the most copied martial arts movie in terms of plot and style. From Chuck Norris' "The Octagon", to Robin Shou's "Mortal Kombat", Don Wilson's "Bloodfist" to Van Damme's "Bloodsport", "Lionheart" and "The Quest" and just about every other martial arts B-movie has a similar plot idea of the best fighters from around the world getting together to fight and determine who's the best, with a side story of vengeance and retribution for the protagonist. Heck, even the bad guys are cloned from head to toe..

I love "Enter the Dragon," but "Kung Fu Hustle" is a true masterpiece on many levels. The Landlady's Bruce Lee imitation is priceless, and there are so many stylistic references that make this film more than just a Hong Kong blockbuster.

NO! That would be a tie between Kung Pao and Kung Fu Hustle. But, if I had to choose, it would be Kung Fu Hustle.
