I find football incredibly boring. They run up to the net to then turn around and start over. The scores are usually very low. I know it's the world's most watched sport but I just don't get it.

The play occurred in the 2nd half. An Italian player was heading to the goal, just outside the penalty area he was tripped by a player from Ghana. He was heading to the goal only the goalie in front of him.

AC Milan defender Marcos Cafu could be spending some jail-time if found guilty of falsely obtaining an Italian passport.

The legendary Brazil skipper may be slammed with a 10-month jail term if found guilty of forging paperwork to obtain EU citizenship in 2001.

The former AS Roma player is one of 11 players to have allegedly gained citizenship illegally. Roma president Franco Sensi, Cafu's wife and former Giallorossi striker Gustavo Bartelt are also under investigation on related charges.

Even if the 36-year-old Milan man is sentenced, it is unlikely that he would serve the prison term.

In Italian courts it is typical for first-time offenders to receive suspended sentences for judgments mandating less than two years in jail time.

Brazil will kick-off their World Cup campaign on Tuesday when they play against Group F contenders Croatia in Berlin before taking on Australia and Japan.

In this Fifa world cup, do you always have to strongly support your national team, predicting win for them even though being a good football fan, you definitely know that their opponents are far better than them? that is looking at the calibre of players the opponents have and their skill level, your national team is below their standard and will therefore lose.

It is not even that exciting of a game there is no stragey. It aint like basketball where you have to try and out think your opponet. Soccer is all about who is faster and who can kick a stupid ball the hardest and whos goalie can stop it. It aint even that fun to watch.

This seems a ridiculous ranking to me given that they were clearly outclassed by 2nd ranked Czech Rep. 3-0

I don't think they are better than any of the top 20 teams.

1 Brazil
2 Czech Republic
3 Netherlands
4 Mexico
5 USA
Spain
7 Portugal
8 France
9 Argentina
10 England
11 Nigeria
Denmark
13 Italy
14 Turkey
15 Cameroon
16 Sweden
17 Egypt
18 Japan
19 Germany
20 Greece

How does the ranking system work? How are points allocated?

Shouldn't they use a better system?
