Steven Gerrard.
Ronaldinho may have the best skills and there are a whole bunch of other players that may deserve being the best player, but without Steven Gerrard, Liverpool would never have won the FA Cup this year nor the European Championship last year.

Most people say Ronaldinho...yes he is entertaining going forward but for me he is an incomplete player with no defensive game.My vote goes to Thierry Henry he leads by example offensively and defensively leading his team Arsenal or France from the front.
