He is not the best player in the world he is the most consistent improved player. And another thing when u going to talk about best player(s) u talk about what position on the field, for example: u can't compare a defender with a striker because, a defender defends the scoring of goals against his team and a striker scores for his team. Each player plays a different role and some are better at there role than others another example: when it comes to free-kicks its Beckam, best curve balls Roberto Carlos, scoring ability Ronaldo, Saviola, Crespo, Aimar, Ronaldhino, Drogba, Ruud Van N, Thierry Henry... Not to forget the new sensations Lionel Messi and Wayne Rooney.

Yes & maybe. As per FIFA (the governing body of International Soccer) Ronaldinho has been named as the Best Foolballer of the year for last 2 years. He is certainly very talented and a complete player.
There are a few other players who IMHO are in the same league as Ronaldhinho, they are Zidane & Henry (France), Gerrard (Eng)

First, you can’t have a “best” player in a team event. (although you can have a top performance from an individual)
Now, he is, by a large margin the most talented player that has ever played top level football. What others don’t even think about or try in games, he does it time and time again. He is awesome, and I love to watch him flow.
