ok i am an 8 th grader . i really plan on playin qb in high school next year. my accuracy is perfect but the only problem is i can barely throw yards. so my question is what muscles does a qb use to throw. what are the muscles can i work to be able to throw much farther without having to bascily use all my strength. thank you for looking .
