Florida won the National Championship last, so them. But new rankings will come up once the start of the season gets closer.

Technically the Gators are #1 since they were National Champs, but I would bet dollars to cents that USC will start the season as #1 when the first official rankings come out.

With the Florida Gators winning it all last year and following it up with an awesome recruiting class I would guess they will be ranked #1 when the season starts
