They mostly play bad teams in their season. When they play good teams during the season, like USC and Michigan, they lose. Their two losses this season or last did not warrant their BCS births. They have gotten blown out in the past two BCS games they were in.

These are the two clear-cut best DBs of the 1990s and two of the best ever. The question is who had the better career?
Woodson (1987-2003)was probably the best defensive player in the game in the early 1990s and one of the few corners to combine excellent man coverage with hard-hitting grit. He won Def POY in 1993. He was also an explosive punt and kick returner. Final stats included 71 INTs for an NFL records of 1483 yards and 12 TDs. Also 2 punt return TDs and a 2 Kickreturn TDs.
Sanders (1989-2000; 2004-5) was the most feared defensive player in the NFL in the mid 1990s. From 1995 to 1998 teams simply opted to not throw his way, effectively taking away sides of the field. He won Def POY in 1994. No corner has ever had the blazing catchup speed and fluidity. Sanders was a weak tackler.
He was a more dynamic returner than Woodson. Final numbers: 53 INTs to 1331 yards and 9 TDs. Also 6 puntreturn TDs and 2 Kickoff return TDS.

Who was the greater legend?

I dont think so but people might think differently. Some people were talking about how he is supposed to set an example for kids. Tom Brady never claimed to be role model for kids, its the damn media picking people and giving them a squeaky clean image then they turn around and act shocked when something happens.

No team wins year in and year out, making major bowl after major bowl. Even down years are trips to a late December/early January bowl. What team has been consistentaly better in college football in the past 50 yeasr than OSU? Im not even a Buckeyes fan, just curious to see who even compares.....and dont say Notre Dame, they forgot about the late 90's! I'm also not trying to hear who has more titles, wins, etc....I want to know whos been more CONSISTENT in the past 50 years!

I say no, but ...

Over 11,000 yards and a lot of 1,000+ seasons while playing his prime on a horrible Cincy team. Dillon was a spectacular back who once held the record for highest rushing game by a rookie and the highest rushing game ever (he was the first to break Walter Payton's 275 yard record).
Now he's old and very slow, but in the mid 1990s he had bounce.

Still, only one season with more than 1,600 yards.

Hi, I'm a senior and I have not tried out for the football team all these years because I did not like the coach, he was a jerk to me. I am coming back for a 5th year and thinking of trying out, is there a slight chance I'll make it? The new head coach even came up to me and told me to give it a shot. I want to go out for the High School team because I've been wanting to go out for the team since grade 9, but I did not like the coach.

1. Tom Brady......Three superbowls, two SB MVP awards nuff said.
2. Peyton Manning....Finally got one ring.
3. Donovan Mcnabb.....Not quite proven he can win the big one.
4. Carson Palmer.....If he didn't get hurt at the end of last season they might have been in the Steelers place in 06'.
5. Michael Vick.....One of the most explosive players in the NFL, of the field that's a different story.

I know he put that offense in,but his head coaching days should have been over after Oakland.I would have got either Rex Ryan or Mike Singletary to boost the defense. What do yall think?
