The new guy at the Raiders is Lane Kiffin and no I do not think he will be the first fired. First because the raiders have a good defense and a high draft choice. There problem was there offensive coordinator. Which will be fixed this year. Plus no one is standing in line to take the job. Name any other team that gets as many as candidates turn down the job as the Raiders do.
The first fired will be Phillips because the Cowboys already have someone in line for his job.

I think its going to be a toss up between Norv Turner or Wade Phillips. First, Norv Turner is a great offensive corridinator, as Troy Aikman credits basically all of his success in the pro's to him, but I don't think he has the capabilities to to coach the other side of the ball, and I think even though SD hired Ron Rivera, it was only as a linebacker coach, on a corridinator. And then there is Wade Phillips. And here is the reason why he will be fired. Jerry Jones!! Period thats the reason. Jerry Jones should just name himself as the coach, because the one time he gave up his control it didn't work out as planned!! Jerry Jones wants a puppet to do his dirty work for him, because the man has no clue of what he's doing and will never admitt that. And then there is the fact that in the other times Phillips was a head coach his teams didn't do very well, hence the reason he got fired from those teams.

Norv Turner and Wade Philips will be fired the same year. turner is in SD wherethey fire a coach if he goes 14-2. Philips will be lookingover his shoulder because his replacement is already on the Dallas staff. If They dont go to the Super Bowl next year expect both to be fired by year 2.

Norv Turner will be the first to get fired. He'll take the Chargers into the ground for two years and then he and AJ Smith will get shown the door. After that will be Wade Phillips. Actually, Wade will just leave after having to deal with both Jones and Owens.

Wade Phillips. I just don't think he's a very good coach. He doesn't have a proven QB. Jones os going to want to build that team...and we've seen how effective Jones was at that. It's going to be a team that doesn't effectively bring in new talent....and Phillips will catch the blame quickly. No more then 2 years.

I say Wade Phillips only because I can't imagine Norv Turner messing up the Chargers that badly...unless LT gets on the Madden cover, then all bets are off.
