Hell yeah they take it seriously, they have to pay to play, there's no scholarships at that level. Go to your nearest D-3 school and take a look at their workouts, they train hard to. There's a national championship to go after.

Look at it this way do junior varisty players take it serious since they are not on the varsity team. Off course they will take it seriously, they just don't have the physical skills to play d1 or the school might be small and have a bad program.

Yes they do. Im a high school senior and i am being/have been recruited by D3 schools. They might not have the money that D1 programs have to train there athletes but they get it in without a doubt. They might realize that after college, they wont be looked at by the NFL as much as D1 players are,but alot of them go to semi-pro leagues ( canada, arena etc.).

Many of the players in d3 work and train just as hard they love to play just as much as d1. But when you play for a big school and bcs games, championships, people careers and lives are on the line. Its a whole different game and the pressure and demand on the players is much higher.

Sure they do! They usually aren't considered to have the best of skills or something and that's why they end up in DIII ball. But you never know when a diamond in the rough might pop up out of a DII, DIII, or even the NAIA and really be a star! Their physicality doesn't matter if they care and play hard. They'll TRAIN to get what they need.

Favorite 10 players (no order) 1. Cesc Fabregas 2. Mats Hummels 3. Mario Gotze 4. Luis Suarez 5. Marco Reus 6. Jordi Alba 7. Javier Pastore 8. Christian Ericksen 9. Kevin Strootman 10. Isco BQ: he is world class BQ2: i want Barca to sign Hummels and a new Winger, maybe Iker Muniain, but i dont really want Neymar in Barca, i prefer Muniain BTW Thiago Silva wanted to stay at Milan, but they sold him so its not his fault, he said that he wanted to end his career in Milan but the club accepted ro sell him because of the money, but Thiago Silva didnt choose to go to PSG he was forced to do it

Football is football, you play to win. D3 probably take it more seriously than D1 because they are playing to be playing. They are not playing just to get to the money.
