1. Tom Brady......Three superbowls, two SB MVP awards nuff said.
2. Peyton Manning....Finally got one ring.
3. Donovan Mcnabb.....Not quite proven he can win the big one.
4. Carson Palmer.....If he didn't get hurt at the end of last season they might have been in the Steelers place in 06'.
5. Michael Vick.....One of the most explosive players in the NFL, of the field that's a different story.

1. Peyton Manning- The man is awesome, and he finally got the hardware to go with the stats.
2. New England's Quarterback- I can't stand him, I try not to say his name, but he gets the job done and has three rings so I (begrudgingly) respect that.
3. Drew Brees- He keeps having setbacks, but has phenomenal years. The Dolphins were stupid to give him up.
4. Carson Palmer- Solid, but I heavily disagree with the statement that if he hadn't gotten hurt the Bungles would have won the Super Bowl. No way they would have gotten past the Broncos.
5. Donovan McNabb- I think he's now the "hasn't won the big one" front runner that Peyton was for so long. Love him, don't really like his team.

Honorable Mention: Ben Roethlisberger- If he stays out of oncoming traffic this off season (I was so distraught last June) and trains hard before and during training camp, he could really be one of the very best and take the Steelers back to the playoffs.

Dishonorable Mention: Michael Vick? Please, he's a running back who takes snaps. The Falcons keep a tight grip on second stringer Matt Schaub for a reason.

Cheers!

1. Peyton Manning, pretty much guarrantees 4000 pass yds, 30 TDs, less than 12 INTs
2. Tom Brady, same as you said
3. Carson Palmer, never will lose connection with CJ/Housh
4. Donovan McNabb, reached Super Bowl once and reached NFC Championship 4 times
5. Marc Bulger, really consistant play for a long while

A lot of ppl would say, Why does he have Manning above Brady??
The reason: I'm a Colts fan

Last five years? The top four should be self-explanatory ...

1. Tom Brady
2. Peyton Manning
3. Donovan McNabb
4. Drew Brees

The fifth was a tough one for me ...

5. Daunte Culpepper - don't forget this guy had two monster years in there - I think enough to put him in the top five. If we're talking the last five years, I think he definitely belongs above Palmer, Vick, Hasselback, and Green.

(6. Marc Bulger)

1. Tom Brady.....gets the job done with less tools than any QB.
2. Peyton Manning.... Has alot of help from recieving core.
3. Drew Brees...Did great for Chargers and Saints.
4. Donovan Mcnabb... can run and throw.
5. Carson Palmer... has had only one great season but can see potential. He also has alot of help with a great recieving core.
32. Michael Vick... Has never thrown more than 3,000 yards or more than 20 TD's. He is a running back. He doesn't have the poise or mental game to play the QB position. 2007 season will be his last season as a starter assuming he finishes. Don't blame the dropped passes by the receivers this past season. WR's have to get in a groove just as much as any other position, so they were probably surprised to see the ball coming their way. Atlanta will never have elite recievers as long as vick is there. No WR wants to go to a team and block so Vick can run.

Close Decision between Bulger and Palmer. Palmer hasn't seen the field much.

My list would be similar to your's....

1. Manning- He makes that team go...and I don't think he has the coaching some of the others do.

2. Brady...he wins.

3. Mcnabb....he also wins...but hasn't gotten over the ultimate hump.

There is a huge drop off here....no one has been consistent for 5 years after those 3

4. Carson Palmer....he only has 3 seasons...but no denying his talent....I think a lot of how he looks is based on having a TOP tier OL and weapons everywhere.

5. Hasselbach.....almost like a process of elimination though....it isn't so much that's he's good..as the others just aren't

2. Manning- On route to become one of the NFL's all time greatest quarterbacks
3. Brady- Three Superbowls, two Superbowl MVPs

5.Palmer- Great presence on the field and utilizes all of the recieving talent he has
