The Super Bowl started with the 1966 season (Jan 1967). While the Baltimore Colts lost Super Bowl III to the Jets/Joe Namath, they did beat the Cowboys at SB V. I remember that game well; it was a field goal at the last minute that won it for them. Actually, Baltimore Colts had a winning team all the time when they were NFL before turning over to AFL

NOPE THEY DIDNT. DON SHULA WAS THE COACH, THEY MADE IT BUT LOST. THE GOOD NEWS IS IN 1972 HE LEFT AND LED THE MIAMI DOLPHINS (17-0) FOR A SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONSHIP. WOW THAT SUCKS FOR COLTS BUT THEY GOT ONE NOW AS OF 2006-07 SEASON WITH COACH TONY DUNGY
