When Wisconsin hasnt beaten anyone all year to justify their ranking...they beat on the @ss of a weak big 10, they didnt play Ohio St., and they lost to michigan...and look at their non conference opponets....pretty weak!
San Diego state 2-9
Buffalo 2-10
W.Illinoise 5-6
Bowling Green 4-8

And for Penn St.? Why should that win be anything special, when Notre Dame killed them...then michigan AND USC beat Notre Dame..so the win over Penn State is nothing special b/c USC killed a team that killed Penn St.

Sorry michigan, your "quality" wins are not so quality and are not better than beating California and Arkansas along with Notre Dame.

I just read in the paper that Alabama fired Mike Shula and are looking for a new head coach.

Here is a list of people they are considering, which one do you feel is the best choice.

Miami Dauphins - Nick Saban
South Carolina's - Steve Spurrier
Virginia Tech's - Frank Beamer
Louisville's - Bobby Petrino
West Virginia's - Rich Rodriguez
Georgia Tech's - Chan Gailey

Skers commin in with the 9-3 record. Husker's are still fresh off of a much needed bye week and Zac Taylor and the offense look ready to take on a tough Sooner defense.

Sooner's and Paul Thompson need Adrian Peterson to return and be spectacular or else I think it spell's doom for the Sooner's

My predic: Skers 31- Sooner's 27. Jordan Congdon season long 42 yard field goal to win it late.

What's your's and give reasons.

GO SKERS!!!

Grossman is costing games, he needs to stop throwing the ball, great you can throw you have the potential to be a great quarterback, wonderful but right now you uh arent.
Um with Orton, while not the best qb,chicago won games, because the defense had to step it up and win the games. With a defense like that you just have to have an adequate qb.

I am a die hard Dallas fan and I thought at the Redskins game when Vanderjagt had the GW fied goal blocked, plus he shot himself in the foot against the Colts with the 2 misses and on Turkey day with that 22yarder sahving the uprights. I said even before his release that he should be released and Cowboys cut their losses with him and move on.

I don't think M. Grammmatica is any better to be honest, than Vanderjagt as Dallas should have picked up Shaun Suisham who was kicking well for Dallas this year as he was competing with Vanderjagt, but we all know the only reason they kept Vanderslack was the cashola they were paying him, even though Suisham had better kickoff depth. Looking at Grammatica he hasnt kicked a whole entire season in about 3 years.

Your opinions, thanks

After losing McNabb, I now have Kitna & big Ben and plan on playing the matchups. I was thinking of getting 1 more QB. Who should I pick up:

Garcia
Losman
Garrard
Leinart
V. Young

(I am leaning toward Garcia because Philly is a passing offence).

Opinions?

Considering the teams with the worst records in the nfl most have qb's with less than 2 or 3 years and are still considered franchise qb's.

There are rumors of Notre Dame, wouldn't that be an ultimate screw job? I say Florida or LSU for sure. No way should Notre Dame get ANY marquee game just because of their name and popularity value. THEY SUCK, AND GOT SPANKED ALREADY..............TWICE!!!

now before all the usc fans start saying your only saying this because your a Michigan fan I'm not I'm a south Carolina fan.

so lets go back to 2003 shall we where usc shared the championship with lsu. both lost a game but look who they lost to usc lost to an unranked cal. while lsu lost to a very good gator team that also beat top powers houses like a no 4 Georgia and a no 9 Arkansas but yet usc gets to share the title

2004 usc beat a beat up Oklahoma team because of their soft schedule

2005 same soft schecdule but the only top ten school that they played nd almost beat them so i knew that texas would

2006 USC gets beat by Oregon State even with their soft schedule then last week beats a beat up nd team the same school that Michigan thumped while it was still healthy. then mich gets beat by the number one team by 3 points but yet usc still gets the title game agian

is this getting old that usc is the golden boys of the bcs or just me

NFL Referees calls are really starting to get on my nerves, i mean comeon its football, they are starting to call some really stupid penaltys, tonights game green bay @ Seattle, greenbay defender accidently runs into matt hasselbeck and knocks him down, saying he hit him in the helmet, there was no evidence on any replay of him getting hit in the helmet, and just other stuff that i could put all on here, but i do not have the patience, nor do i have the video evidence of these penalties, but big football fans, u know what im talking about..

I do not want to see USC vs. Ohio State in the title game. The Buckeyes might as well start planning their celebration if this is the matchup. Since UCLA is the only team that can prevent this, what are their chances?

Florida, at that point, will have won the toughest confrence of the 2006-7 season, don't you suppose they deserve the bid over a Big 10 and Pac 10 team. Especially since combined those confrences have 5 ranked teams (Pac 10 has 2, and Big 10 has 3 all of which are in the top 10, but have only beaten other Big 10 team other than ND) and the SEC alone has 5 (3 in the top 10 and Aub. at #11)

Do you think that Oklahoma should be ranked higher than they are? After the Oregon debacle and a loss to Texas (in which the Sooners had much better numbers) the Sooners were almost out of contention for a BCS bowl game. Is the media bias for some teams hurting the Sooners and what would you ran the Sooners if your opinion matted in the polls.
