Dion Sanders has Played both Sports at the same time.
Bo Jackson Also has played both Sports.
Those are the 2 that I know
Now I have never heard or A basketball player playing 2 sports at the Same time. Michael Jordan Tried to play Baseball but, He wasn't cut out for it. lol

John Elway played minor league baseball in the N.Y. Yankee system in 1983 because he did not want to sign with the team that drafted him, The Baltimore Colts. When his rights were traded to Denver he stopped playing baseball.

not a qb but other position players have played baseball and football in the same year.....btw dave debusschere pitched(not very well) for the white sox in a season during which he played basketball.....a pitcher for the braves, ron reed, also attempted to, but i believe he was cut by the pistons
